POACHED VE-G-MEAT

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Can – Vege Meat
  • 2 Pieces – Ginger (thumb sized)
  • 1 Bunch – Cilantro (big bunch)
  • Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
  • ½ Cup – Vegetable Oil or Avocado Oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Steam the Vege Meat.
  2. Blend the ginger, cilantro, salt, and black pepper using a food processor.
  3. Heat the oil until it turns smoky.
  4. Add the oil to the ginger cilantro paste.
  5. Pour the ginger cilantro paste over the Vege Meat.
  6. Serve with white or brown steamed rice.
