A Good, Delicious, Hearty, Nutritious, Fulfilling Meal!
POACHED VE-G-MEAT
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Can – Vege Meat
- 2 Pieces – Ginger (thumb sized)
- 1 Bunch – Cilantro (big bunch)
- Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
- ½ Cup – Vegetable Oil or Avocado Oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Steam the Vege Meat.
- Blend the ginger, cilantro, salt, and black pepper using a food processor.
- Heat the oil until it turns smoky.
- Add the oil to the ginger cilantro paste.
- Pour the ginger cilantro paste over the Vege Meat.
- Serve with white or brown steamed rice.
