Shipping policy

• We give it our all to ship all orders from our Azusa warehouse within 24-48 hours of receipt of orders, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; however, unexpected circumstances may occur hindering us from our capabilities. 

 

• If an order were to be placed between 9 A.M. - 2 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, that order will be processed and shipped out that day. All other orders will be shipped out the following business day.

 

• Our shipping carriers consist of FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Our standard shipping takes around 1-5 business days; however, if there are any circumstances that hinder a purchase order from arriving within those business days, we will notify you with the exact estimation and other updates as well.

 

• We will do our best to ensure you that your purchase is safely secured and packaged and ready for shipment. We will update you with any changes to your order accordingly. We will also be providing tracking numbers; therefore, you have the chance to know the location and the estimated time of arrival of your purchase.
