Refund policy

Return Policy:

• All products can be returned within a 30 day period from the date of delivery. 
• Once the 30 day period from the date of delivery has passed, products CANNOT be returned. 
• To qualify or be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original condition. 
• To start a return, please contact us either through our "Contact" form or at tnsdistributor.rs@gmail.com. If your return is granted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how to prepare your return package. 
• Returns of product(s) without the acceptance or granting of a return from us will not be accepted. 

Damages, Issues, Etc.:

• After ensuring that all products are in perfect condition and ready for shipment, we still require the customer to notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the order to make a claim in regards to any damages, issues, etc. of the purchase order.  

Refund Policy:

• Once we have received your return, an inspection will be done to ensure that the product(s) are in their unopened, unused, and in its original condition. If passed, you will be refunded back to the original payment method on file that was used for the purchase order. 
• Please keep in mind that refunds can take anywhere 5-10 days to reflect and be posted depending on your banking institution or credit card company.
