Want to be an expert in Indian flavors? With this simple yet delicious tasting Cardamom Chicken recipe, you'll surprise yourself!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Can – Vege Meat or Vege Choplet (cut into bite size)
  • 2 – Cardamoms (powdered)
  • Mix the Following and Keep in a Bowl:
    • 1 Tsp. – Black Pepper Powder
    • 1 Tsp. – Cumin Seeds Powder
    • 1 Tsp. – Garam Masala Powder
    • 1 Tsp. – Caraway Seeds Powder
    • ¼ Tsp. – Turmeric Powder
    • 1 Tbsp. – Coriander Powder
    • 1 – Potato (medium; cubed)
    • 1 – Tomato (big; pureed)
    • 1 Tsp. – Ginger
    • 1 Tbsp. – Wheat Flour or Any Flour of Your Choice
    • 5 Tbsp. – Oil
    • Salt to Taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add oil to a pot.
  2. Once hot, add all the powdered spices from the bowl into the pot.
  3. Once aromatic is achieved, add ginger and fry for a few minutes.
  4. Add the bite-sized Vege Meat or Vege Choplet.
  5. Keep pan-frying until a golden brown is achieved and aromatic.
  6. Add salt.
  7. Add flour and mix well. Continue to cook on slow fire until the potato is cooked.
  8. Serve with paratha, chapati, or rice.
